PLEASE NOTE
Once I have received your completed booking form I will contact you to finalise the arrangement of your appointment. I require a deposit* to secure all bookings once a date has been agreed on. Please be ready to pay your deposit immediately.

*(All deposits are non-refundable, transferable once with a minimum of 72hrs notice. Deposit amount is taken off the cost of the tattoo on the date of completion.)

Idea and intended placement

Please provide a brief description of the elements you would like including in your tattoo design, as well as the intended placement. (I may require a reference image of the intended placement area - this is not always necessary for smaller designs intended for blank areas, but is particularly useful when designing larger work to suit your specific proportions, and imperative for work intended to fit between other tattoos. I will request this once I have received your completed booking form.)

Availability

Please provide a selection of dates when you would ideally like to get tattooed (Tuesday-Saturday). Please be aware that Saturdays are in higher demand than other days and may require a slightly longer wait than mid-week bookings, however I will do my best to accommodate you. If you are only available on very specific dates, please specify these in your message.
